KFC had a quality perception problem.

No one would listen to KFC talk about the genuinely good quality of its food. So we needed someone else to tell this story for a chance at getting Australians to listen.

A KFC store owner named Sam was cast from 30,000 employees.

It was a story so audacious that everyone wanted to talk about it.

Thanks to months of preparation, content production, scripting and media training, it worked.
